Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 03.10.2026 · Applies to purchases and repair orders made in the viaaq workshop online store

1. Seller information

The online store is operated by:

  • Business name: Ravi-On Solutions
  • Business ID: 3636996-9
  • VAT number: FI36369969
  • Address: Vetokuja 4 PL 81118, 01610 VANTAA FINLAND
  • Email: [email protected]

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Viaaq Workshop” mean the seller above. “You” and “customer” mean the person placing an order.

2. Scope and applicable law

These terms apply to all orders placed in our online store at shop.viaaq.eu, for both products and repair services. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

If you buy for business purposes, the Consumer Protection Act may not fully and/or partially apply.

3. Products and prices

Product descriptions and images are as accurate as we can make them. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and handmade items may differ a little from product to product.

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and for customers based in EU, include value added tax (VAT, based on shipping location) unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm the order. We reserve the right to change prices; the price valid when you place your order applies to that order. If a clear pricing error is made, we may cancel the order and will refund any payment made.

4. Placing an order and forming the contract

You place an order by adding products to the cart, entering your details and completing checkout. After ordering you will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation. For repair services, the contract is formed when you approve our quote or make the payment for the service (see section 7).

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or product information error, or if we have a justified reason to suspect misuse or fraud. In that case we will notify you promptly and refund any payment made.

5. Delivery

We deliver to Europe and globally. We use various shipping providers, you have an option to choose the provider in checkout.

Estimated delivery time after order confirmation is stated on each product page.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the goods. If a parcel arrives damaged, please note the damage to the carrier at pick-up if possible and contact us right away.

For deliveries outside the EU, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and fees.

6. Repair services

We also repair automotive parts sent to us by customers. Repairs often change the part permanently, so please read this section carefully.

6.1 Quote and approval.
Most of our services already have a quoted price. In some cases, our repair service may be based on quotes and/or estimates, which will be given after inspection. In this case, after inspecting your part we give you a quote or estimate. Work starts only when you approve it and/or make the payment for the service. If you decline, we return the part.

6.2 Sending your part.
Unless agreed otherwise, you pay shipping to us and bear the risk until we receive the part. Pack it securely and enclose a description of the vehicle it comes from. You confirm that the part is yours or that you have the right to have it repaired. While the part is with us, we handle it with care and are liable for damage as provided by law. Return shipping costs are charged during checkout.

6.3 Repairs cannot be undone.
Repair work can involve disassembly, machining, welding, replacement of components or similar steps that change the part for good. We cannot return a part to its original condition once work has been done. If inspection shows that a part cannot be repaired, we tell you before going further and you can choose to have it returned as it is, or dismantled and disposed of. Replaced components are returned to you on request, otherwise we dispose of them.

6.4 Withdrawal and repairs.
You may cancel a repair order before work begins. If you then withdraw after work has begun, you pay a proportionate share for the work done up to that point. Once the repair is fully performed, the right of withdrawal ends.

6.5 Quality and warranty.
We carry out repairs with professional skill and care. We give a warranty on our workmanship and on parts we supply. Please refer to the product page for the warranty period and additional details. Our warranty in most cases, covers defects in our work, if not stated otherwise. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, racing or competition use, overloading, incorrect installation by others, accidents, or faults in other parts of the vehicle that we did not repair. Please notify us of a defect within a reasonable time after you notice it; a complaint within two months is always in time. If the repair is defective, we correct it free of charge or, if that is not possible, reduce the price or refund it as provided by the Consumer Protection Act.

6.6 Safety and legality.
Many automotive parts are safety-critical, such as brakes, steering and suspension. When dealing with these kinds of sensitive parts mentioned earlier, installation and testing should be done by a qualified professional. We do not guarantee that a repaired or modified part is approved for road use or passes vehicle inspection unless we have agreed this in writing. You are responsible for following the vehicle’s registration and inspection rules.

7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. If your order contains several items delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last one.

To cancel, notify us clearly by email at [email protected]. Then return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling.

Returns:

  • The goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, apart from handling needed to inspect them. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by other handling.
  • You pay the cost of returning the goods.
  • We refund the price of the goods and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the goods and/or proof that you sent them back.
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method you used.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, or other items listed in the Consumer Protection Act. Repair services follow the special rules in section 6.4.

8. Defects and complaints

Goods must conform to the contract and be free from defects. Complaints about repair work are covered in section 6.5. If a product is faulty or differs from what was agreed, you have the right to have it repaired or replaced, a price reduction, or, for a significant defect, to cancel the purchase, as provided by the Consumer Protection Act.

You must notify us of a defect within a reasonable time after you notice it. A complaint made within two months of noticing the defect is always in time. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos. If we accept the complaint, we cover reasonable costs of returning the goods to us.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, misuse, accidents or ignoring product care instructions.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our errors as provided by law. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including for faulty goods in consumer sales, intent or gross negligence.

10. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, product designs, images, logos and the Viaaq Workshop name, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

11. Customer accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may close accounts that are used abusively or in breach of these terms.

12. Personal data and privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use your data only to handle orders, deliver products, provide customer service, meet legal obligations (such as bookkeeping) and, if you have agreed, for marketing. You have rights under the GDPR, such as access, correction and deletion, described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by an event outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, labor disputes, transport disruptions or official orders. We will inform you of any significant delay.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order. The date of the latest update is shown at the top.

15. Disputes and complaint handling

Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue. We aim to reply within 3 business days.

16. Resale of our services

Our services, including repair services, are provided to you for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense or otherwise pass on our services to third parties, or offer them under your own name or business, without our prior written permission. To ask for permission, contact us at [email protected]. If you breach this section, we may refuse or cancel the order and stop providing services to you.
